Our staff are a committed team of enthusiastic professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education for the children they look after. They provide a warm, loving atmosphere where children are given plenty of affection and attention.
All staff regularly attend training courses to update their educational and professional skills, such as Child Protection and EYFS best practice .
All staff are DBS checked and most have a current paediatric first aid qualification.
Each child attending Rainbow is allocated a 'Key Person'.
Our Key Person system ensures that each child is nurtured and given the opportunity to reach their potential. The Key Person allocation gives your child a special adult to relate to. We believe this makes settling into the the group far easier for you child.
The Key Person will maintain a link to home by working with parents through shared record keeping. Your Key Person will meet with you at regular intervals and continuously record your child's progress in their' Famly' online Learning Journey .
Whilst all children have an allocated Key Person, all staff will interact with your child. If you wish to discuss any worries or concerns with your child's key person please telephone or email pre-school.
